What is the process and timing for starting a project?
After you have contacted us by phone or e-mail, we will send you any additional information you have requested, then call you for a confidential discussion of your project needs. If appropriate, we will then follow with a proposal or quote based on our discussion. Once a proposal is accepted, LSA can be ready to begin within 1-2 days.

What industries do you work in?
We work primarily in business to business industrial and service markets, health care, senior markets, and urban consumer markets. However the techniques and methods we use can be applied across many industries so if yours is not included in the list above, call us anyway.

Do you do work nationally?
Yes. Although we are located in Chicago, we can conduct work nationally including field interviews and on-site meetings at your location. Actual travel costs are included on project invoices.
